Update

Over the 500 dollar mark. The costs to me has been 8 dollars. All on a 1950.oo dollar investment. I have had a few bumps,...a few payers have been late. The good news is that when they paid I got a portion of the late fee (pro rated to my % of the total loan of course).

Now I know why the Credit card companies love it when you pay late.
